Product Guarantees
All
of our Dinotreker products have a 30 day guarantee, except Screen Savers (see
Screen Saver Info below). If you are not
completely satisfied with any of our products, please return the product to us
for refund or exchange (for like item) in "As New" condition in the original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase, and
your money will be fully refunded. Shipping and
handling charges not included in the refund or exchange.
Original art and art prints are the products of the original artists and are
not covered within our 30 day product guarantee. The guarantees of these
products are the sole responsibility of the artist and their policy's.
Shipping Questions
Free shipping applies to all Dinotreker products shipped within the continental
United States. Our Free shipping policy includes Standard shipping only
which includes UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. All rush orders which
include, 2nd day air or overnight shipping will be paid in advance by the
customer. Original art and art prints are the products of the
original artists and are not included in our free shipping policy. The
shipping charges for these items are determined by the artist and their
policy's.
When
will my order arrive? If the item is in stock and not Backordered, the
item usually ships within 3 to 5 business days after your check has
cleared. Money order shipments usually ship 3 days after the money order
has been received. Credit card orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt
of payment providing all items ordered are in stock.
Standard
shipping go UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, and will usually arrive at your
destination within 3 to 7 days of shipment.
Additional charges for insurance will be added to orders over $100.00.
Charges are based on UPS and USPS calculations.
International shipping and handling charges: Please add 50% of your orders
total for shipping.
Return Policy
Screen Savers: No refund or exchange for other products. Screen
Savers will be replaced if defective.
Dinotreker is committed
to your satisfaction. We will gladly refund or replace any item within
30 days of purchase. Please read product guarantees above for more
information.
Please
return the product in "As New" condition in the original packaging
within 30 days of your product purchase for a full refund. Shipping
and handling charges not included in the refund.
A 15% restocking fee will be imposed on returned products valued at $50.00 or
more.
Backordered Items
When will my
Backorder arrive? We make every effort to ship Backordered items to you
as soon as possible.
